Each of us has at some stage been the victims of poor service. Often such poor
service can be attributed to poorly trained staff and poor attitudes amongst
individuals and organisations. An investment in training staff is critical to
ensuring that they are well equipped to provide effective customer care. Thus,
the purpose of this course is to develop knowledge, skills and attributes that
are required for effective customer care and improved service delivery.
