Welcome to the Course on Mentoring and Coaching 

This course is aimed at enabling experienced managers/supervisors (mentors and coaches) to understand the importance of mentoring and coaching and how these processes should be implemented in the workplace. This course further aims at equipping experienced managers/supervisors (mentors and coaches) with relevant knowledge and skills to effectively develop less experienced employees (mentee and coachee) through the mentoring and coaching processes. It is important to note that the course has been designed around a one-on-one mentoring and coaching approach.

This is an online self-paced course. This course is made up of three modules and as part of this course, you will be required to complete progress checks which are articulated in the form of activities.
